Fused Glass Snowman with Ribbon Scarf, Hanging Decoration - Each handmade, starting with cutting out the main shape of the snowman by hand from some white opal glass, and then using an electric glass grinder to create the curves of the main body and head. Fine detail is then painted on using special liquid glass and a very fine metal nib. I then add a small piece of orange frit (tiny granule of glass) for the snowman’s nose and put this all in the kiln for fusing together. Lastly I cut a strip of ribbon for the snowman’s scarf and tie it around it’s neck!
Note: No two pieces will be exactly the same due to these being handmade, and therefore unique! The ribbon for example might vary (so if you would like a photo before purchasing, of the exact one you will get, please contact me!)
