Fused Glass Santa Dish - Each one handmade using strips of black and white glass that I hand cut to size, along with a square of red opal glass. The black and white opal strips are then fixed on top of the red square of glass, with some gold mica added for the belt detail and some special liquid glass added for the buttons; these are then put in the kiln to melt into each other. Lastly this is transferred onto a special shaped mould, and put in the kiln to slump into this mould which then transforms the flat glass into a small dish.
Note: No two dishes are the same due to these being handmade, and therefore are unique.
Size: When flat, was 9.5 cm by 9.5 cm, so just a bit shorter than this, due to the sides moving upwards to form the dish.
