Fused Glass Holly Coaster - each handmade, with detail painted on using special liquid glass colours to the special kiln paper, and then a punch is used to get the holly sprigs out from this. These are then placed on the bottom layer of the clear glass, (that I have hand cut beforehand) and sprinkled with gold mica flakes, which is then topped with a clear layer of glass (also hand cut) and then fused together in the kiln to form the coaster.
Plastic Coaster Bumpers are then applied to each corner to raise the Coaster off the ground a little, to also provide a firm base.
Note: No two pieces will be exactly the same due to these being handmade, they are all unique and made with love and attention.
