Fused Glass Daisies Curve Scene - each handmade, with fine detail painted on with a needle point nib, using special liquid glass, and a few glass 'stringers' (very thin cylindrical sticks of glass) softened and bent to shape over a small flame for the stems. Lots of tiny granules of glass are then applied called ‘Frit’ using tiny spoons (and a lot of patience!) to create the petals and grass, which is then fused in the kiln onto a clear glass base (which is also hand cut). Finally the piece is then placed on a curved mould and put into the kiln for it's final firing which enables the glass to slump over this mould to form the curved shape.
Note: No two pieces will be exactly the same due to these being handmade (colours will vary slightly too); they are all unique, and made with love.
